From start to finish, everything went really well. Brad is very responsive by phone and e-mail. He came out to look at our leaking ceiling, climbed into the attic and onto the roof. He provided us with a quote later that afternoon! The quote was extensive. It was not itemized, but I’m sure he would have done that if we asked for it. He and a crew member showed up when they said they would and the work was done before the end of the day. He even drove to Atlanta and back to get shingles that matched our existing shingles!
