About the Owner. Owner Brad Caldwell went into business in 2007. He has desired to focus largely on properly-installed roofs and pressure-washing services. Another important thing for the owner is workers’ safety. Roofing was identified as one of the five most dangerous occupations by OSHA, and he sees his workers’ well-being as hugely important in the roofing practice.
Obtaining NRCA-membership and GAF Factory-Certified designations are a couple pivotal moments in the history of Caldwell’s Roofing, as these programs have helped them to adhere more strictly to industry best-practices in roofing.
Another interesting point in their history was when they began recycling torn-off shingles, which occurred about half a year ago. They are now able to recycle about 100% of their torn-off roofs into new roadways.
Owner Brad Caldwell also has an Alabama Home Builders license, and has built two personalized spec homes, so he is not unacquainted about other aspects of home building that interplay with the roofing trade.
A graduate of Auburn University, he holds a degree in Civil Engineering, which no doubt has shaped his desire to ensure that the company’s roofs are installed exactly as they are supposed to be.
The owner owes a “thank you” to other roofers across the country, with which he has had the privilege of exchanging ideas and learning a good deal of advice from, ranging from truck/trailer safety & regulations, to new technology, to installation methods, and much more.
The owner also thanks each customer for the opportunity of doing business!
